Returns:

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.

Refunds:

  •  We'll provide a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs, within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned product.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Exchange Options:

  • If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant or product, we'll facilitate the exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • You'll be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll replace it free of charge or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery to report any damage or defects.

Exceptions:
